The Globetrotter VIP Membership is for travelers who want to fully outsource their luxury travel planning to a trusted advisor. As a member, you’ll have ongoing, unlimited access throughout the year to the same dedicated advisor and support person for every trip. We get to know your preferences deeply, anticipate your needs, and stay one step ahead—helping you make strategic decisions that align with your long-term travel goals.
The Signature Single Trip experience is ideal for those planning a one-time journey with tailored itinerary design and high-touch support for that specific trip.
There’s no set minimum spend, but we do ask that our team handles the accommodation bookings as part of your custom itinerary. The hotels we recommend typically average $700–$1,000 per night per room, with higher rates for ultra-luxury brands or peak seasons.
After a consultation call to confirm we’re the right fit, we’ll provide a quote for your planning fee. For the Signature Single Trip experience, our consulting charges begin at $600 total (not per person).
Yes! If you’ve already booked your hotel or cruise, you can still work with us. Simply submit your planning request via the Contact button on our website or email requests@livethedreamtravel.com with your reservation details, including the booking date. We may be able to transfer your booking into our agency and add exclusive VIP perks—such as complimentary breakfast, room or cabin upgrades, or spending credits—to enhance your stay or voyage.
If you haven’t booked yet, we’re happy to help you choose and secure accommodations with all the benefits of our Luxe Hotels & Cruises service.
